The Board of the Brisbane Sporting Car Club realise the pressures for competitors and officials alike in the preparation for QRC events during the year. The vagaries of fuel costs and costs to officials attending events has led to the decision of extending the time between events to allow people to regroup after the June event and move the next QRC event to a new date of 15 August 2026. I am sure you will agree that the new date suits budgets and car preparation for an event to be based out of Manumbar Campdraft Grounds.
The settlement of Manumbar is a one and a half hour drive of 90kms of which 45kms is a gravel shire road North of Kilcoy.
The event will consist of 3 stages run twice during the day and once in reverse during the night. Total distance of competitive stages is around 130kms.
Camping and catering will be available from Friday afternoon by the Campdraft Association and during the weekend at the grounds.
Craig Porter – Clerk of the Course.

As well as that we have an ’Adventure Drive’ for the bold; and by bold I refer to those with an SUV, or a 4X4, or an UTE, or an old dunger that you will drive anywhere. The Adventure ’Adventure Drive’, being section 6A starts at the same place as section 6 and finishes at the same place as section 6 but while section 6 traverses bitumen and tourist roads the Adventure drive crossed 14 (at last count) streams, some of which are not bridges or causeways. Section 6A is not compulsory but for those who like a little adventure.

The finish at the Dugandan hotel is only about .6 of a kilometre south of Boonah
There is a food outlet at Killarney, and Mt Alford and fuel at Killarney. Take a break as required. There is no penalty for time.
